Terms and Conditions:
To confirm your reservation a 25% deposit is required. The balance (75%) is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 60 days from your arrival day 100% of the amount will be due at booking.
A $400 refundable security deposit is required. The $400 will be refunded 7 days after checkout if there are no damages or excessive cleaning fees.
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date and 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
A 3% credit card processing fee (4% if international) is deducted from all refunds if canceled
All refunds and the security deposit are issued via check
