"Our family truly enjoyed this stay. The home is well appointed and every detail thought out. The house is large enough where everyone had personal space - but somehow felt very intimate at the same time. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and cleaned throughout our stay. We had family flying in from four states and this home was the easiest part of the logistics. I cannot say enough about Steve & Sandy! They were so thoughtful, kind and communicative. The directions and instructions were clear and concise and no one in our party experienced any issues or delays as a result. We had plans to go to the beach on the last day but everyone was so comfortable in the home that we stayed by the pool instead. It was a perfect choice. We felt very much at home. If you are at all considering booking this home - do not hesitate. It was the perfect choice for our family!"

"17 of us ranging from ages 9-80 stayed together for 3 nights at Sandy and Steve’s house. The house was perfect and we really never left except to play tennis and visit the oasis club once. The house had everything we needed- pool, hot tub, movie room, game room, hang out area upstairs, large dining room table for puzzles/games, large living room open plan so all 17 could be together and not feel crowded, many longe chairs out back, sofa out back, and everyone also had their alone space to chill with 8 different bedroom options. I share all of this because the memories we made with my father were able to take place because of this house. We could celebrate him and enjoy each other all together, not ever needing to leave the house. I will cherish this weekend I had with my Dad. Thank you Sandy and Steve for sharing your place and for being so attentive to our questions/requests. It made the days flawless and gave me ease to know you were just a text away to help us out."

"When we saw this property had all 5 star reviews, we thought that was so impressive. Could it really be? Well, from the second we pulled into the driveway, it was yes, 5 star all the way, and six if we could give it. Walk in and it was a WOW. The owners communication was fast and flawless,. Before, during and after. For families with small children, the house was very well equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen was well supplied and the tables were very conducive for family conversations. The pool was a perfect temperature, and the pool deck and lanai were terrific for our group. The game room was a big hit and the Theatre was a fun activity, We enjoyed some of what Central Florida and Orlando has to offer, but this house alone would have been enough! So all five stars? Yes, for certain."

"Pictures were an exact representation of the beauty and cleanliness of the home. Bedrooms were beautiful, beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you would need. Everything was labeled as well which helped to know what there was and where it went when we were done using it. The hot tub and pool were perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent and very prompt, even providing alternative activities and websites for the rainy day we had. The shuttle made it easy to get around, and the neighborhood was great. Highly recommend!"

"My family adopted the tradition of getting together for the Super Bowl in FL. We've been to a number of homes in the Davenport and Kissimmee area. This home is by far on the top of our list. Nice and big but still intimate for conversations. The seating in the living room was well though out. The theater was a hit! My nephews really made use of it. The ladies watched the Super Bowl halftime show in the theater room. The game room was great. I don't have any real complaints. Any issues, which were very minor, the owners responded promptly. I'll like to add. The home felt like a home. The utensils, amenities and decor made you feel as if you were at your own home. Additionally, everything thing was labeled, which is a nice touch. This took away guessing which switch worked where. I'll definitely look into returning."

"The house and property was excellent. The major issue was the check in to the property. When we arrived at the Champions Gate area it took over 30 minutes just to get to the security gate to get in to the area where the house is. Then about an hour later my son and his family arrived. They waited the 30-40 minutes to get to the gate only to find that security could not find his entry clearance to enter the subdivision. The paper with a QR code wouldn't work. We tried for several hours to reach our host with no reply. All of the contact numbers went to voicemail, and this was a 9-10pm. We finally parked their car in a grocery store parking lot and loaded all of their luggage in to my car and waited another 40 minutes to get through the security gate. The following day we were able to get this cleared up, but on the night of our arrival this was a nightmare. Our hosts apologized and gave us other phone numbers to contact them the next day, but of course that did help us much at that point. The wait to get to the security gate was bad enough, but then to not be able to get in to the area of the house was a nightmare. All told it took us about 6 hours to get to the house from the security gate. Instead of getting to bed at 10 or 11 pm we got to bed at about 3 am with plans for the Disney parks the next day. The property itself was very nice, but I would never stay at the Champions Gate area again. There are too many other choices in this area."

Wonderful to have everyone in one house and not feel like you are on top of each other. Kitchen was bigger than I thought. Loved the labels in the kitchen. Dining room was also larger than I thought. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the back corner seat in the movie room. They all loved the game room and pool. Everyone had a great time. Thank you."

"It’s easy to see why this home has so many 5 star reviews. The hosts have clearly made an effort to provide everything needed for a comfortable, easy vacation. They’ve seen to so many details from the sound machines in the bedrooms to the well stocked silverware. We had 6 children ages 3 and under, and they absolutely loved spending time in the pool. The open floor plan was great for playtime. Yet there were still areas where people could have quiet time. The hosts are extremely responsive. The home is also minutes from Publix — a big plus when you are there everyday. If you plan to go to any of the theme parks as we did everyday, you will have to deal with the traffic if traveling at prime times. For a vacation home this one was awesome. Everyone in the family loved it. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a great experience."

"There was 14 of us that stayed at this beautiful home. Nine adults and five children. All of us agree this was a perfect home for us, I have stayed in lots of Vrbos before and this one was by far the best laid out and had everything we needed for our vacation. Kids loved the pool our men enjoyed the game room and we all loved the theatre. We already said we want to rent this exact house next year. "This is a beautiful house in immaculate condition which fits our family of 14 (including 3 sons and their families with kids ages 2-20) perfectly! This was our second stay, with our first being our 50th anniversary celebration in 2019. We have not been disappointed in either stay! "We stayed at this house Aug 7th-11th 2023 for a visit to Universal Studios. The home is very clean. The game room is one of the best I’ve seen in a vacation home. The theater is comfortable and state of the art with 10 recliners. The spa was nice. The pool was smaller than I thought it would be. Our boys (ages 12 and 14) got in the pool for a short time, but really enjoyed the spa. If you enjoy 4 star hotels, you will enjoy this home. Sandy and Steve are great and are responsive to questions. The welcome book is lengthy, but covers any question you might have, so I suggest giving it a read through before you arrive and use it as a reference during your stay."

"This was our 3rd annual cousins' weekend consisting of 5 moms 3 adult children and 10 children ranging from 3-12. The home was very welcoming, clean and just perfect for our large family. Plenty of seating for everyone so we could have our meals together. Lots of kitchen accessories. Pool area had lots of seating for outdoor lunches and relaxing with a convenient bathroom connected direct as well as some pool toys and separate pool towels. The game room was great with up to date and all working games the kids loved. The movie room, all 10 kids had their own recliner and just loved relaxing there in the mornings and down times. We also took a couple hours out and went to the community pool area and enjoyed the lazy river. We were so comfortable with all our needs and will definitely consider this home again next year. Steve and Sandy were fantastic and available for all our questions, with very quick responses. Thank you so much...cousins' weekend was a hit this year!"

The home and all it’s contents / amenities were organized, updated, fresh, spacious, like new on all levels. Everything was very clean. The home looked and smelled fantastic. Air conditioning worked very well. The game room was great and all games were in great confirm. Even the pool cues . The beds and bedding was very comfortable. All the technology worked well including the home theater. All the the information was easy to follow and very well organized. The pool and spa were perfect. "To say Steve and Sandy "hit it out of the park" for our vacation celebration would be an understatement. Our group of 13 enjoyed a perfect stay. The house and all amenities were exactly as described. The kids enjoyed daily swimming lessons in the pool while others relaxed in the hot tub. The game room was a big hit, as was the giant theater room upstairs. The entire space is wonderfully soundproofed so people could easily sleep in bedrooms while activities continued elsewhere. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were provided tons of info on all amenities and everything was very well marked. Tons of cups/plates and every kitchen item you could ask for was right there. The location in the community is very nice. We strolled miles within the grounds every day and the club/poolhouse is just a few minutes up the road. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. We had no occupants or renters around us on the street so it truly felt like our own special space. Our friends who visited all commented how much they liked it and thought it was one of the most beautiful rental homes they had seen. As already noted, Steve and Sandy were the consummate hosts. They responded to all questions within minutes, and quickly added all our visitors to the guest list. They were as flexible as flexible could be and went out of their way to be sure that we were all having a great time. If it were possible we would add a 6th star for them alone! We heartily recommend this home to anyone looking for a special getaway and for groups looking for a high-quality getaway with all the great touches. You'll thank yourself once you arrive!"

"The last 4 years we have stayed at Champions Gate and every year the home were complete rubbish. NOT THIS TIME! This home was spotless! It had everything you would need including owners who were incredibly responsive. Sure, they charge more, but you get what you pay for. Every year we come down for a conference and never again will we stay anywhere else. I am picky AF when it comes to homes. I am a Realtor, Team Owner, and a national coach. That’s not to impress anyone, that’s to impress upon you that I bring flashlights and black lights to hotel rooms and VRBO’s. This is legit the only one I found nothing wrong. I look for problems! Lol! Hands down best VRBO owners I have ever rented from."

"WOW, just wow! We had the time of our lives! There were 17 of us, and we drove/flew from MN. The weather was cold upon arrival, but that gave us the opportunity to stay indoors, play cards, utilize the game room, watch movies, eat & drink! It warmed up later in the week and trips to Universal Studios, Gator World, Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Cocoa Beach (3x), golf & mini golf were taken. Exhausting...but fun! The house is absolutely gorgeous...fit our needs perfectly. It's so well organized and has EVERYTHING one would want/need while away from home. I personally loved the "sound machine" in the bedroom(s) - nice touch - and actually just had to buy one upon returning home! 🙂 Steve and Sandy were always available to answer questions and walk us through everything. It could not have been a better experience and one that will last a lifetime! I just wish I was younger and then I could come back so many more times ~ no hesitation, no regrets ~ just an overall awesome time - enjoyed by all of us. "Steve and Sandy couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with!! We loved everything about this beautiful, clean, spacious home, and it was perfect for our family of 14: 6 couples, 2 infants! The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed and then some. We really appreciated that the hosts provided laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, etc! The only household essentials we needed to purchase were extra paper towels and toilet paper. I could go on and on…this home is the best of the best:) It surely “Feels Like Magic”, and it’s obvious Steve and Sandy put in a lot of time and take a lot of pride in making it that way!!😍"

"This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home during our annual golf trip. It was just as great as the first time. The house was immaculate, up to date with modern amenities, and very comfortable. The new game room was a nice addition, especially since we had to kill some time during hurricane Nicole. Steve and Sandy are great hosts, and our communication with them was excellent! "Feels-Like-Magic was the perfect home base for our Disney trip. Online photos were an accurate representation of this large, clean and well-appointed house. Our grandkids called it “The Hotel” because of the number of rooms and everyone had their own space to spread out or enjoy quiet time. In fact, there were two days while at the parks when they said they wanted to go back to the pool instead of riding rides. The X-box was also a big hit. One of the reasons we selected this property was for the large community pool, lazy river and game room. Even though we kept talking about going there, so many fun things to do at Feels-Like-Magic kept us at home. The owners were very responsive after a thunderstorm temporarily disabled one of the ACs and the situation was resolved quickly. All members of our family agreed that we would love to stay at Feels-Like-Magic again."

"The house is perfect for a large crowd and well-equipped with everything needed for both play and rest. The owners were extremely helpful and courteous; they had a very fast response time, which we appreciated. The house and property were just right for our large family reunion. It is in a very private, safe location and our extended family was well-accommodated with the 8 bedrooms and 5 baths. The theater room, game room, and televisions kept everyone entertained, the kitchen was well-stocked and every item had its place [thanks to clearly-marked labels], the pool was amply heated for the cool March nights, toys and baby gear were a joy for our small children, and the place was always very clean. For the future: I would recommend a welcome Binder in the front entry with printed instructions, more toilet tissue per bathroom [maybe a roll per night of stay], and bar soap / additional body wash refills. The parking was as-described (2 in driveway), but we struggled to park the remaining cars on street without imposing on the neighboring driveways. Also, the home thermostat limit of 74 degrees was a surprise, but thank you for working with us on lowering it at least at night. Overall, Thank you for a great stay! We will be back someday"

"We had a tremendous experience staying in this home. We had a vacation home through Top Villas (warning do not use them) canceled at the last minute. We found this house because another family had canceled here last minute. The house was everything we needed. And the hosts are GREAT communicators. All we had to do is send a question and they were there with an answer or an assist. The home theatre and pool and hot tub and really all of it was just perfect. "Right when we walked into this beautiful house, we knew we made the right choice! We had a group of 8 for our annual 3-night golf trip, and this house was perfect. The owners, Steve and Sandy, made sure we had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen, to a great pool and hot tub. Every person had their own bedroom, and that made a big difference. The dining table sat 10 comfortably, which was great for dinner and a few friendly poker games. The theater room is a huge bonus! All mattresses and linens were new.. so very plush and comfortable. Our group enjoyed the theater room with reclining chairs and large screen, great for football games and MLB playoffs. All appliances in the kitchen are new and there were plenty of dishes/glassware to accommodate a large group. The kitchen was very organized and had small appliances, utensils and cookware for meal preparations. We also enjoyed using the outdoor grill by the pool and spa.
