The best thing about the floor plan at this Champions Gate villa is how many common living areas it has. Between a large living room, a quiet loft, a full kitchen and dining space, a screened lanai, a movie theater, and a game room, a big group can gather all together or split off into smaller spaces, whatever the moment calls for.

The Kitchen
One of the perks of renting a villa instead of a hotel room is the ability to cook meals for your group.
Some of the most memorable memories at the house are when meals are being prepared and when meals are being had.
The Villa’s kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of silverware and dishware for the entire group as well as all the usual appliances that you’d expect in a house and appliances you may not have expected.
In addition to the large side by side refrigerator, 4 burner glass-top stove, microwave and high-end Bosch dishwasher we also provide:
- two 12 cup coffee makers as well as a Keurig coffee maker
- toaster oven / air fryer
- water boiler (electric tea kettle)
- Electric Can Opener
- Rice Cooker/Steamer

The Living Room
If it’s a little chilly outside, the living room is where most of the relaxing happens.
The living room opens up to the kitchen, overlooks the pool and has an enormous leather sectional and a huge 75″ QLED TV.
The Movie Theater

The Lanai

The Loft
The loft is usually a great place to find quiet time. Often times everyone is downstairs and you may need a place to sit for some me time and the loft is the perfect place for that.
It features a comfy leather sectional and a 55″ LED TV.
The Game Room
