The villa is about 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, roughly 10 miles away. Universal Studios is about 22 miles via I-4 West, and Legoland Florida is about 25 miles away. Its Champions Gate location keeps all of Central Florida’s major theme parks within an easy drive.
How far is the villa from the airport?
The villa is 37.3 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 54.4 miles from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). Most guests fly into MCO, which is the closer and busier of the two.
How far is the beach from the villa?
Both coasts are about an hour’s drive from the villa. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center are on the East Coast, and Clearwater Beach is on the West Coast, making either an easy day trip.
What else is there to do in the area besides the theme parks?
Beyond Disney and Universal, popular day trips include Cocoa Beach or Clearwater Beach, a rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center, and swimming with manatees at Crystal River. SeaWorld and Legoland Florida are also close by.

Does the villa have a private pool and spa?
Yes, the villa has a private west-facing saltwater pool and spillover spa with lounging areas. The spa is converted to salt as well, so there is no chemical smell or sticky residue, and the pool deck is fully screened to keep bugs out.
Is the pool and spa heat included?
Pool and spa heat are complimentary year round. The pool is set to 88 degrees and the spa to 104 degrees. On cold days the heat still works, it simply takes a little longer to reach the ideal temperature.
How deep is the pool and is it safe for children?
The pool ranges from 3 feet at the shallowest to 5 feet at the deepest, and there is a child safety fence around it. The screened deck adds another layer of peace of mind for families with little ones.
When does the pool get sun during the day?
The pool is west-facing and gets sun from about 10:30 to 11 a.m. until sunset. That makes the afternoons and evenings especially nice by the water.
What is in the outdoor lanai area?
Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, a complimentary 36-inch Blackstone gas grill with propane and grill tools is provided on the lanai by the pool, and an extra propane tank is included. We just ask that you clean the grill after use and keep it covered when not in use.

Yes, two king en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor, ideal for grandparents or anyone who prefers stair-free access. Upstairs there is also a loft lounge with a sectional and a 55-inch Smart TV.

The villa has 5 bathrooms, with 2 en-suites on the ground floor and 3 upstairs, two of which are Jack and Jill. That is plenty of space for a group of 20 to get ready in the morning.

Yes, the villa has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counters. It includes two 12-cup coffee makers with reusable filters, a Keurig, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, crock pot, blender, mixer, waffle maker, popcorn maker, milkshake maker, and a soft serve ice cream machine, plus 28 place settings and full cookware sets. There is a Bosch dishwasher as well.

What is in the game room?
The climate-controlled game room includes an 8-foot pool table, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, skeeball, a Ms. Pac-Man arcade, a Battle-Putt, and a corn-hole set. It gives kids and adults a place to play day or night without leaving the villa.
What TVs and streaming are available?
The villa has a 75-inch QLED Smart TV in the living room, a 55-inch in the loft, and 43-inch Smart TVs in every bedroom, all with Spectrum HD cable. There is also an Xbox Series S connected to the living room TV.

The Oasis Club is 0.4 miles from the villa, about an 8-minute walk, and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Retreat Club water park is 2.1 miles away and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. You are welcome to use the clubs even before you check in.
Is there golf, tennis, and pickleball nearby?
Yes, the community has 5 clay tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a tennis clubhouse. Champions Gate Country Club is within the community and offers our guests 15 percent off, and the Omni Orlando Resort’s Champions Gate golf is right next door.
House Rules
Can we host a party or large gathering?
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed, and a maximum of 20 people are permitted at the villa at any one time. The community enforces the Osceola County noise ordinance so all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, though cigarettes may be smoked outside. Hookah smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and candles and open flames are not allowed.
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval, dogs only, and a $120 pet fee applies. We are unable to accommodate cats or other pets.

What fees should we expect?
The cleaning fee is $380 and our prices include all fees, with no hidden charges. An approved dog adds a $120 pet fee. We also recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.

Yes, we offer a 5 percent discount on the rental amount for military, veterans, first responders, and teachers with proof of service. Subscribers to our list also receive a $100 off coupon toward a direct booking.
